All the software is in C++ and written by me; when it seems useful I allow large integers with GMP. Not really available anywhere. I do send programs to individuals with a clear need. About ideals, Jyrki asked me to show how ideals play out in the language of quadratic forms. His assumption was that most people who got that far would be more familiar with the ideal description of things, which is in many, many books. November 2014.
